Product incomplete..no power connection cord attached 25/11/24-After contacting the supplier regarding the issue, the supplier was so helpful and help resolved the issue of connecting the power cable. Also the supplier provided very easy to follow steps on how to operate the crimping machine. We would definetely tell any potential customers on how satisfied we are with the crimping machine and how the supplier assisted us throughout.

    the result cut of the hose is below our expectation. the cut is not clean so have additional manual process to clean and redress the cut. the skiver machine result also below our expectation.
